About us
Established 2008
CONARG's commitment to quality, safety and operational performance has been confirmed by our clients through the high KPI scores obtained on our projects. Our customer service satisfaction surveys have always been above 90%, this has been confirmed by the residents through 'Thank You' letters and by our clients whose successful contract wins relied heavily upon these KPIs. We’re a relatively young but very dynamic subcontractor undertaking refurbishment works for the main contractors in the social housing, education and health sectors.
- Our aim is to achieve top marks in all our activity, paying special attention to quality, customer service, health and safety and the environment.
- We conduct our business to such level as to leave no room for dissapointment to our customers
Altough a small company our size gives us the advantage of being highly flexible, very responsive and agile when it comes to delivering quick outstanding results on small and medium projects, although we have been succesfully involved in large projects as well since our inception in 2008.

our clients
CONARG has been involved in several contracts where Apollo (now Keepmoat) as main contractor used our expertise in order to successfully deliver projects carried out for numerous local authorities and housing associations (Thames Valley Housing Association- house extension; Homes for Islington- K & B refurbishment/ de-conversions; Circle Anglia Housing Association- K & B refurbishment; Brent Homelease/ Stadium Housing- full refurbishment of decanted properties). We are also working on several contracts for Richardson Ltd- MODern Housing Solutions Bicester; MODern Housing Solutions Windsor- house extension; Hastings- new built (10 dwellings), Decent Homes Lambeth, Sheltered House, Sutton Housing Partnership; etc.
Also Conarg has worked on a large number of private residential projects involving new build, loft conversions, central heating installations (working together with a gas safe registered sub-contractor), kitchen and bathroom installation, extension’s, renovations, render, repointing, garden refurbishments and fencing. All the projects have been executed to the highest standards and Conarg’s work force was able to meet even the most demanding task’s given by our clients.

environment
CONARG’s aim to minimise waste and reduce its carbon footprint is driven by our in house training/ educational seminars whose purpose are to educate and instill environmental awareness first of all and later on facilitate the implementation of our own environmental policy, in order to eventually diminish drastically our impact on the environment. We always strive to segregate as much waste as possible, re-use materials and share our vehicles.
health & safety
Conarg Ltd has an outstanding safety performance record, with zero accidents since our inception. Our good practice records have been recognised by our clients who won CCS awards on projects where we carried out refurbishment works. All of our operatives have been trained to recognise and act accordingly with regards to asbestos, gas, fire hazards, etc. All of our operatives are CSCS card holders and many of them achieved NVQ qualifications already while others are working towards these qualifications.
